RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together within 3 days form the day of received and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or wash or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange. 

Additional non-returnable & non-exchangeable items: 
 - Gift cards 

- promotion @ clearance items
 - Downloadable software products 

To complete your return & exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

CENONET MY ENTERPRISE will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 WORKING DAYS after the confirmation. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
 There is no refund for sold items or change mind.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
 Only regular priced items may be refunded or change, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or change. 
 
 Exchanges (if applicable)
